Mr. Hoover, Scientari’s founder, is a seasoned executive with a diverse background in biotechnology, materials science, and energy markets. His experience in marketing, sales and business strategy spans AI-driven drug discovery, data science, polymer-based drug delivery, high performance computing, digital health and life science research solutions. 

Mr Hoover’s partnership and branding skills have driven transformative growth in multiple industries, aiding several of his employers and clients to acquisitions and IPOs. He is also a co-founder of Sensor Optick, Inc, where he focuses on commercialization and strategic partnerships for novel photonics-based pressure sensing technology.
